How to get there
Gotland is off the shore from the Swedish East coast. To Gotland by ferry or air, arrive in Visby. Drive 18km south along the coast, turn right towards Gnisvaerd. Park at the grassy parking lot just south of the Gnisvaerd harbor and walk straight out to the beach from there.

Shallow inside the 'reef', very flat at westerly winds. Bottom is sandy with some spread out big rocks in the water further south on the beach. The spot is not very big, more than 5-7 riders and some have to move further south towards Tofta which is on the same beach.
