Warm and windy most days in summer, it's Perth-hot and windy rash vest is essential in summer other wise you will come back looking like a cooked Crayfish (you can get one of those up the beach). In winter most wear a full length wetsuit but the water is still above 16°C. The on season is summer and some still kite during winter but they are storm riders-experienced kiters only.
