How to get there
Pull into the Bird Observatory Northwest of Slave Lake. Park in the parking lot and walk south towards the beach. You will come to a trail running east and west along the lake. Turn right, or west and walk about 100 yards. Take the first trail to the left or south and you are at the beach.
