How to get there
International Airport is Perth. Closest local airport is Albany. You are looking around 550kms from Perth, so not exactly close, but for somewhere that only had 100 permanent residence and no restrictions, nothing to hit (accept the scrub if you screw up too badly).

Being South coast WA, it's cold, wet and windy. Wetsuit is needed most of the year but depends on your tolerances.
