You must stay out past the markers or you will get a ticket to appear in court. Be careful in onshore winds. Launching, landing or walking with a kite flying within a 100 yards of lifeguarded beaches is forbidden. If you are doing a downwinder be sure to stay beyond 100 yards of guarded beaches throughout SE Florida. Dangerous reef and boat traffic. Spiner sharks during migration. Portuguese man at war in summer time. Sea lice also present all year around. High bacteria do to outgoing tide and proximity to inlet.
