The launching/landing area is reported to be of Small size.
Very short beach. Sharp rocks under foot very small launch area above embankment providing dangerous updraft. Lots of buildings on the beach and nearby. Difficult land and launch area. Small beach with 2 large rock seawalls very limited beach area with many other beach users.
Deep water beach, water has poor visibility, large chop most of the time. Definitely not for beginners. Several submerged reefs to eat your board. Lots of sea life turtles sometimes dolphins, but also sharks are common and stone fish have been found in the launch area. NE winds tend to blow in schools of jelly fish, but the locals don't seem to mind.
