Unfortunately, if you are not living in the Hotel Shams, you have to pay to get onto the beach.
This spot is good for beginners or advanced people who would like to practice freestyle tricks. No real waves. Tides are irregular but shallow, only difference is whether you can use the shallow water area in the kite zone of Hotel Shams. The shallow area gets very crowded with beginners. Some big stones in the water, watch your legs.
