Summer is nice and warm. High season a shorty is ok, a few weeks with just shorts is possible. Usually a wetsuit is always needed. Water max 22°C in summer, normally around 15°C. Winter gets cold, but a thick wetsuit, gloves, mask and shoes make kiting almost year-round possible. Air: summer between 20-30°C, spring and fall around 15°C.

Wide sandy beach. Lots of space, but not in summer. Very packed with tourists, don't kite here when too packed. Lots of beach chairs.
Small wave. Very nice waves with NE winds, which are not common. Don't surf in the swimmer's zone. Shallow access. 2 small wooden bridge in between and a big dam to the south end. Watch out for boat traffic, do not surf in the shipping channel!
