It helps to travel with other kiters. Not likely to see other kiters although it is possible to hire a boatman to assist if needed. Turtle will provide one if you stay there for you at no additional cost. Turtle does ask kiters to keep clear of their other private beaches when occupied by guests. One must be a guest of Turtle to visit this island. Other islands/beaches are generally public. Turtle Island is very expensive but all inclusive. Nanuya Island resort is a new mid priced resort that also has a well equiped dive shop and excellent restaurant/bar. Lance the owner will show you the best spots from this resort to kite. Navutu Stars is a brand new resort nearby that has what appears to be a fine sideonshore launch and trips to a private island. A private surf break is also available.
