How to get there
Tacoma Airport. Located on Whidbey Island. Go north on Rte. 20 out of Coupeville. You'll hug the west end of Penn Cove and eventually curve around to it's north side. Fork off to the right on Penn Cove Rd. and go a mile or so until you come to the dirt parking area.
